We’re hiring a UX Design Lead to help shape user-centred design across a major IT transformation programme, leading high-impact work that improves digital experiences at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead UX across a value chain, ensuring strong user and business outcomes.
• Plan and oversee research, turning insight into clear design outputs.
• Guide internal and vendor UX teams to deliver high standards.
• Manage progress, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout delivery.

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring expertise in areas such as user research, design standards, or journey management, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and improve UX capability at scale.

• Lead user-centred design activity across the project lifecycle.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and present clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage UX governance, reporting, risks, and measures.

Ideal experience

• Strong UX leadership within complex transformation or enterprise change programmes.
• Expertise in user research, design standards, or journey mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and delivery.
