Junior Sales Executive

Simple Recruitment are looking for a Junior Sales Executive for a permanent opportunity with our client in Midsomer Norton.

The Job:

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of our client’s sales engine, playing a key role in driving business growth. You’ll identify new business opportunities, engage and qualify prospective clients, and build a strong sales pipeline that supports their expansion. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle and a chance to develop core sales skills within the fast-growing tech sector.

Key requirements:

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify leads for the senior sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to support pipeline management
• Develop strong product knowledge to clearly communicate the value of our software to business owners
• Consistently achieve daily activity KPIs and contribute toward monthly revenue targets

The Salary:

£26k per annum with an OTE of £30k

The Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
