A growing Microsoft Solutions Partner with customers across the UK and Ireland is looking for a Business Central Developer to join their expanding ERP and Power Platform team. They work across a variety of industries including supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, field service, retail, fire & security, and deliver tailored Business Central solutions that drive real operational improvement.
About the Role
This is a developer-first position, ideal for someone highly capable in AL development who is also keen to build stronger functional and customer-facing skills. You'll take ownership of technical delivery while having the opportunity to get involved in requirements gathering, workshop sessions and solution design.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain high-quality AL extensions for Dynamics 365 Business Central
-Contribute to both technical and functional solution design
-Participate in customer workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
-Support integrations and automation using Business Central, Power Platform and related technologies
-Follow best practices across development, testing and deployment
-Provide post-implementation support and help refine customer solutions over time
What You'll Bring
Essential
-Strong AL development experience within Business Central
-Ability to translate business processes into technical designs
-Interest in functional consulting and working directly with customers
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable
-Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps / Power BI)
-Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing or service-based processes
-Experience in a Microsoft Partner environment
