A growing organisation is looking to appoint a forward-thinking Power Platform Solutions Developer to join its IT team and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, helping to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable digital solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Fabric technologies while collaborating closely with operational teams and stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps

Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate

Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI

Work across the wider Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem

Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, APIs, and third-party systems

Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues

Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, governance, and scalability

Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the business

Produce technical documentation and provide user support where required

Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with digital solutions

Skills & Experience Required

Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate

Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards

Understanding of Dataverse and SharePoint integrations

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform architecture

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

Desirable Experience

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric technologies

Experience integrating APIs and third-party systems

Microsoft Power Platform certifications

Experience working within Agile delivery environments
