About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and strategic account growth across enterprise customers.
This person will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through negotiation and close, while partnering closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, customer success, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling complex solutions into enterprise organizations, understands how to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and can build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
Sitehop delivers high-performance hardware-based encryption. Successful candidates will be comfortable discussing networking, infrastructure, security, and performance-related concepts with technical audiences. You will work closely with technical specialists and product experts.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for target enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with executive buyers, economic decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and champions
- Partner with the ISR/SDR function to prioritize accounts, qualify opportunities, and generate pipeline
- Conduct discovery to understand customer pain points, business goals, buying criteria, and decision processes
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and business cases tailored to customer needs
- Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with product, customer success, and technical teams to support solution design and customer value
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business in alignment with company goals.
- Provide market feedback to leadership on competitive trends, customer needs, and sales blockers

- Build and execute account plans
- Create own, manage and advance a healthy pipeline
- Deliver against quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- Accurately forecast deals and revenue.
- Build and own relationships with customers and partners
- Provide relevant market focused feedback for product teams
Desirable Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling into enterprise accounts.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a complex sales environment
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, or enterprise software preferred
- Strong ability to navigate enterprise buying committees and long sales cycles
- Excellent discovery, negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong business judgment, accountability, and ability to operate independently
