About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative Lead to become a part of our dynamic and results-focused sales team.

  • The role is crucial for driving both outbound and inbound sales success by guiding a dedicated team of Inside Sales Representatives as a player manager ensuring steady pipeline growth through the generation of new business meetings within assigned territories while selling a portfolio of customers.
  • You will engage in proactive outreach efforts across various channels, such as cold calling, email, and social media, to establish connections with potential customers and assess leads. This will include the daily operations of the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), which encompass cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and outreach via LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.
  • A focus of the role will be to oversee, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving ISR team tasked with creating qualified new business opportunities in the form of qualified sales meetings.
  • You will direct daily sales operations, establish clear performance benchmarks, and ensure your team’s activities are in sync with the sales goals. By collaborating closely with sales and marketing, you will assist in refining outreach strategies and contribute to lead generation efforts.
  • You will help drive sales with a specified number of current accounts and partners whilst being at ease with the player management role and capable of maintaining a personal objective while guiding a team.

Role Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Senior Inside Sales position or a comparable sales role, preferably within technology or SaaS sectors.
  • You must demonstrate a successful track record in business development, particularly emphasising the generation of new business. The ability to build rapport with potential customers and establish long-term relationships is crucial for this role.
  • Additionally, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience in dynamic technology or SaaS sales settings is greatly preferred.
