About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Inside Sales team.
- This role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth, developing talent, and aligning sales activities with strategic business goals.
- As a hands-on leader, you will coach and inspire your team to exceed targets, foster a culture of excellence, and lead by example in all aspects of sales execution.
- A part of the role will include conducting regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skills development workshops to elevate our individuals and team capabilities.
- You will play a key role in shaping outreach strategies, optimising performance, and ensuring the team consistently delivers qualified opportunities to the wider sales organisation.
- A focus of the role will be to drive outbound and inbound sales success through strategic planning, daily oversight, and active participation in sales activities.
- You will oversee and evaluate team metrics, recognising trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will set and uphold KPIs, guaranteeing regular tracking and reporting of performance in relation to objectives.
Role Requirements
- Prior experience in a senior Inside Sales or Sales Management position or a comparable sales role, preferably within technology or SaaS sectors.
- You must demonstrate a successful track record in business development, particularly emphasising the generation of new business. The ability to build rapport with potential customers and establish long-term relationships is crucial for this role.
- Additionally, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- If you've had experience of managing a New Business or Inside Sales function in a dynamic technology or SaaS sales setting previously, we'd love to hear from you.
