About The Role

  • The Project & Proposals Lead is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of Statements of Work across technology and managed service engagements.
  • The role includes supporting early-stage client enquiries, collaborating with sales, solution and delivery teams and ensuring all SoWs are accurately scoped, commercially sound and contractually compliant.
  • You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective service delivery, planning resources, upholding commercial integrity, and enhancing client satisfaction by providing clear and actionable documentation.
  • A focus will be leading the drafting, review, and approval of Statements of Work, ensuring clarity of scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing.
  • The Project & Proposals Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to the Statement of Work (SoW) among internal teams and client stakeholders.

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing Statements of Work in a technology or managed services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery models, commercial frameworks, and contractual structures.
  • Demonstrate a structured and proactive approach to SoW creation, ensuring all documentation is accurate, appropriately reviewed and delivered on time.
  • Candidates will understand client needs and ensures SoWs reflect a clear, value-driven proposition that supports long-term relationships.
