Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC (Order-to-Cash) Trainer to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-user training across SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Order-to-Cash processes, developing training materials, and supporting business users through the transition to the new SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA SD OTC (Order-to-Cash) training to end users.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, process documentation, and quick reference guides.
• Facilitate classroom-based and virtual training sessions.
• Support user adoption, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to ensure effective training delivery.
• Provide post-training support and assist users during go-live and hypercare phases.
