Implementation Consultant – SaaS / Workflow Solutions

London (Hybrid 1 day a week in-office)

The Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will partner with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement smart, scalable digital workflows that drive efficiency and collaboration.

You will work across multiple industries and have the freedom to combine technical problem-solving with client-facing delivery. From solution design to automation and integration, you will help clients build systems that scale.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing workflow and automation solutions on leading SaaS platforms

• Managing client projects from discovery through to delivery and post-implementation support

• Building integrations and logical automations using data-driven thinking

• Analysing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing smarter ways of working

• Training and supporting clients to ensure long-term adoption and success

Requirements

• Experience in system implementation with SaaS platforms, ideally in workflow, CRM, or automation environments

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand how systems and integrations connect

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data and logic

• Confident communicator who can present ideas and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Solid understanding of Excel or other tools involving logical formulas and structured data

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Proficient in Python or SQL

• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role
