Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to take your expertise to the next level in the growing world of data centre design

We’re working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy that is expanding its Data Centre team. They are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who can take ownership of electrical design, lead project delivery, and contribute to the technical excellence of mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage electrical design for large-scale data centre projects.
• Produce detailed designs using industry-standard software (Amtech, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Attend client and design meetings, offering expert technical guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in electrical building services, ideally with exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments.
• In-depth knowledge of British Standards, BS7671, and relevant regulations.
• Skilled in design tools such as Amtech, Dialux/Relux, and Revit.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services; Chartered or working towards Chartership is a plus.
