AI Tech Lead

Were hiring an AI Tech Lead for a permanent role in London (hybrid) to drive innovation and delivery across enterprise AI projects.

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a high-impact transformation programme, acting as the bridge between technical design and business outcomes. Youll combine leadership with deep technical know-how, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable AI delivery.

What youll do:

• Lead technical design authority reviews and triage new AI solutions
• Oversee cloud-based model development (Azure) aligned with firm-wide architecture
• Shape and refine AI strategy alongside senior leadership
• Guide project teams on best practices for GenAI, automation, and infrastructure
• Own technical risk management and ensure delivery success

Key skills:

• Strong experience with Azure cloud services
• Proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Expertise in generative AI, including prompt engineering and model optimisation (e.g. GPT, BERT)
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML deployment in secure, scalable environments
• Confident leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders

Nice-to-haves:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Engineering
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML, cloud, or data engineering
