Generative AI Engineer (Azure Delivery)

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer (Azure Delivery) to support enterprise-scale AI initiatives. This role is focused on developing and deploying generative AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform, working with cutting-edge LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI integration at scale.

This is a contract position, Inside IR35 and will require some on-site travel to London.

AI Solution Development

• • Assist in the design and build of generative AI models and solutions.
  • Work with senior engineers to embed AI into core business processes.

Coding & Implementation

• • Develop, optimise, and deploy AI code in Python using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Deliver AI solutions through Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Contribute to best practices in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).

Governance & Security

• • Ensure all AI systems comply with data governance and security policies.
  • Apply best practices in data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible handling of sensitive data.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in generative AI model development, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
• Solid Python coding background with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in AI/ML or Azure cloud (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Previous experience deploying AI in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
• Knowledge of data engineering and scalable AI architectures.
