Generative AI Engineer

We’re seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join a fast-moving team delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role is all about taking cutting-edge AI models from prototype to production, driving real business impact with LLMs, prompt engineering, and scalable deployment.

This role is a 6 month initial contract, inside IR35 and requires a hybrid working model in London.

AI Solution Development

• • Design, train, and optimise generative AI models for practical business use cases.
  • Work alongside senior engineers to integrate AI into live business processes.

Coding & Implementation

• • Develop and deploy AI code in Python, using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Build scalable solutions on Databricks, Snowflake, and major cloud platforms.
  • Follow best practices in CI/CD, Git, and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).

Governance & Security

• • Apply strong standards in data governance, privacy, and ethical AI.
  • Ensure AI systems comply with industry regulations and enterprise policies.

• Expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proven Python skills and experience with AI/ML model development.
• Hands-on cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

• AI/ML or cloud certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare).
• Exposure to MLOps and production-level AI scaling.
