Workday HCM Consultant
We're looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to support the ongoing development, optimisation and support of a large-scale Workday environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Workday HCM experience who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, improving processes and delivering high-quality system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Organisations, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance.
- Support the configuration, enhancement and optimisation of Workday solutions.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with testing activities including system, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Payroll and wider business stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Experience supporting, configuring or implementing Workday HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice.
- Experience working with Workday business processes, security and organisational structures.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within ERP, SaaS or enterprise application environments.
- Exposure to Workday Payroll, integrations or reporting would be advantageous.
