Chart of Accounts/Financial Data Lead - Oracle Finance Transformation

Contract: 3-6 months
Location: East Midlands - 3 days onsite per week

Skillsbay is supporting a major Finance Transformation Programme and is looking for an experienced Chart of Accounts/Financial Data Lead to take ownership of the financial data structure through implementation and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the Chart of Accounts (CoA)
• Define and maintain financial data structures, governance and integrity
• Ensure the CoA supports statutory, regulatory and management reporting
• Work closely with Finance, Technology and the Systems Integrator (SI)
• Challenge and validate proposed designs and ensure they meet business requirements
• Support the wider Oracle Finance transformation and implementation

Key Experience

• Strong experience designing and implementing Chart of Accounts
• Financial data structures, governance and data integrity
• Statutory and management reporting requirements
• Oracle Finance/ERP transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder and SI management experience
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
