Oracle Fusion Change Lead
We're supporting a major Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation Programme within a complex organisation entering a critical build and pre go-live phase.
This role will lead a team of Change Specialists and play a key role in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption and organisational change across the wider programme.
We're looking for someone with strong experience leading change across multiple large-scale ERP/Oracle Fusion transformation programmes within complex organisations.
Key experience required:
- Proven experience leading change across Oracle Fusion/ERP Finance Transformation programmes
- Experience delivering change through build, testing and go-live phases
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business readiness experience
- Experience leading teams of Change Specialists/Change Managers
- Ability to identify risks, resistance and potential programme pitfalls early
- Previous experience within large, complex or highly Matrix organisations
This role requires a confident, pragmatic and hands-on change professional who can work closely with programme leadership and help guide the organisation through the next critical stages of transformation.
Hybrid working with regular on-site presence to support programme collaboration, stakeholder engagement and key delivery phases. Whilst visibility and relationship-building within the programme are important, some flexibility can be considered for the right individual.
