Oracle Fusion Data Migration Lead (SC Clearance Required)

We are supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Senior Data Migration Manager to lead end-to-end data migration across Finance and wider Oracle Cloud modules.

This role will suit a hands-on Oracle specialist with strong finance functional knowledge and a proven track record delivering complex Oracle Fusion data migration programmes within large organisations.

Key requirements:

  • Strong finance functional background with an accounting qualification

  • Minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management implementations

  • Extensive experience leading Oracle Fusion data migration, including OIC in a lead role

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and hands-on experience with FBDI, HDL and BICC

  • Proven delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM and EPM in complex Legacy environments

  • Solid knowledge of data management methodologies and Oracle master data management

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a complex transformation environment

Contract details:

  • Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week onsite

  • Inside IR35

  • Active SC clearance required
