Oracle Fusion Reporting & Integration Analyst (OTBI)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting & Integration Analyst to support the configuration, development and optimisation of enterprise finance systems and associated reporting platforms.

This role will work closely with functional, technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, produce specifications and develop reporting and integration solutions using Oracle Fusion and associated tools. The position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity, system optimisation and the effective delivery of reporting across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications

Design and develop reports using Oracle Fusion tools including OTBI and BI Publisher

Support integration design and development between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems

Perform fit-gap analysis and provide proof-of-concept solutions where required

Manage configuration changes through development, test, UAT and production environments

Troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting and system issues across finance modules

Support system patching and upgrades, including impact analysis, testing and cutover planning

Maintain and enhance enterprise reporting platforms including EPM/OneStream and Cognos

Manage metadata alignment, user access controls and reporting structures

Develop and maintain documentation including functional design documents and configuration records

Required Experience

Strong experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials (core finance modules)

Proven experience developing reports using OTBI and BI Publisher

Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications

Experience supporting integrations and data flows between enterprise systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Experience working within structured change and release management processes

Working knowledge of Oracle database structure and ability to query using SQL

Experience supporting reporting platforms such as OneStream or Cognos
