Senior ERP Programme Planner - Oracle Fusion Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Planner to lead planning and RAIDS management on a major transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain detailed MSP plans aligned to the integrated programme plan
Drive planning across multiple workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints
Own RAIDS management with workstream leads, escalating schedule risks and impacts
Produce weekly progress reporting and support change impact assessments
Maintain alignment between MSP and JIRA plans (1-2 week alignment cycle)
Support delivery teams in breaking down complex activity into work packages

Essential Skills:
10+ years planning on complex ERP transformations
5+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation planning on £25m+ programmes
Strong RAIDS leadership (not admin/reporting)
Expert in MS Project Professional & JIRA
Exceptional stakeholder management in complex environments
Degree qualified & active SC clearance
