Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Vertex Tax Consultant to support a global Vertex tax rollout, with a strong focus on hands-on implementation and configuration. The consultant will work closely with finance, tax, and ERP stakeholders to ensure accurate tax determination across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and configuration of Vertex tax solutions (O Series/Cloud)

Configure indirect tax rules, rates, jurisdictions, and exemptions

Support global rollout activities, including country-specific tax requirements

Integrate Vertex with ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP/other)

Troubleshoot tax calculation issues and support UAT

Work with business and technical teams to ensure compliant tax outcomes

Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Vertex Tax Consultant

Hands-on Vertex implementation and configuration experience (not advisory only)

Strong understanding of indirect taxes (VAT, GST, Sales & Use Tax)

Experience supporting global or multi-country tax rollouts

ERP integration experience (Oracle preferred)
