We are looking for an experienced Senior Programmer to join a newly formed Engine Reliability team supporting the development of a large-scale, cross-platform game engine used by multiple live product
s.
This team will focus on improving the safety, speed, and confidence of engine development through better validation systems, automation, infrastructure, and feedback mechanisms. Working alongside engine development teams, you will help build the foundations that enable faster iteration while maintaining high standards of quality, stability, and performan
ce.
As development workflows continue to evolve, ensuring reliability and confidence in shared engine changes becomes increasingly important. The Reliability team will play a key role in creating systems and processes that allow teams to move quickly while minimizing risk to downstream products and end us
ers.
