We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to provide L1/L2 technical support and ensure seamless IT operations for end users.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset management
• Monitor endpoint security, patching, and antivirus solutions
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of IT Support / Service Desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL certifications are a plus
