Our client is undergoing a significant transformation of its global client delivery function. This role sits directly within the transformation team, supporting the Head of Client Delivery Transformation. You will act as a consulting-style associate — scoping new initiatives, evaluating technology solutions, structuring ambiguous problems and driving execution. The initial pipeline includes major programmes such as a Jira rollout, payment journey redesign, and reconciliation process transformation.

What we're looking fo

• rConsulting background (e.g. strategy / management consulting associate level) or equivalent analytical BA experienc
• eStrong ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct research, and translate findings into actionable plans and presentation
• sExperience working across technology and operations teams within financial services, asset management, or fund administration preferre
• dComfortable operating in a fast-moving, change-heavy environment where priorities evolve and pace of delivery is hig
• hFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, process mapping, or data strategy work is a plu
• sBased in London or continental Europe (similar time zone strongly preferred); in-person collaboration in London require
