About Slalom Alliances
Slalom is a purpose-led, people-first consulting company that believes in the power of partnership. Our alliances are central to how we go to market and how we create meaningful impact for our clients. We build relationships that feel like true collaboration that are rooted in trust, shared outcomes, and a passion for solving complex challenges together.
Within the UK and Ireland, our Alliances team is growing quickly, and our data partners are at the heart of that growth. We are looking for a Senior Alliance Associate who thrives in a relationship-driven, fast-moving environment and is excited to help shape Slalom's presence in the modern data ecosystem.
As a Senior Alliance Associate, you will be a key connector between Slalom UK and it's key data partners. You will execute the day-to-day motions that power strong partnerships: coordinating co-sell activities, enabling our teams, driving engagement, and ensuring that Slalom shows up as the most trusted and impactful partner for our data alliances.
This role is a blend of relationship management, operational excellence, sales enablement, and proactive growth support. It is well-suited to someone who is organised, collaborative, commercially aware, and excited to build something meaningful in a fast-expanding partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
EXECUTE – Deliver Excellence in Partnership Operations
  • Build and maintain productive, trusted relationships with key Snowflake and Databricks partner contacts across sales, partner management, technical and marketing functions.
  • Manage the full co-sell process, including deal registration, pipeline hygiene, partner portal submissions, and coordinated follow-up to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Support partner-related pre-sales activities with Slalom market teams, helping align the right resources for opportunities.
  • Coordinate partner enablement activities across our UK business, including sales and technical certification pathways.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to partner scorecards, dashboards, and pipeline reporting to support business transparency and decision-making.
GROW – Expand Our Footprint Across the Data Ecosystem
  • Support account mapping and shared planning identifying new areas for growth.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage partner funding, programs, and incentives, and work with market leaders to deploy these effectively.
  • Help amplify Slalom's presence in the partner ecosystem, contributing to go-to-market initiatives, marketplace listings, and partner-led campaigns.
  • Coordinate and deliver partner events, webinars, and marketing initiatives that elevate Slalom's thought leadership and drive market engagement.
OWN – Take Accountability for Operational Rigor & Partner Success
  • Ensure rhythm-of-business activities (QBRs, MBRs, scorecards, governance documentation) are coordinated, prepared, and executed with excellence.
  • Monitor risks, blockers, and gaps across partner motions and proactively surface insights and recommendations to leaders.
  • Own agreed KPIs relating to partner engagement, enablement, pipeline contribution, and revenue tracking.
  • Serve as a Slalom ambassador within partner communities, ensuring consistent representation of our brand and values.
LEAD SELF – Build Trust & Model Partnership-Centric Behaviours
  • Demonstrate strong self-management, prioritisation, and dependability across multiple markets and partner teams.
  • Bring curiosity, professionalism, and empathy to all partner and internal interactions.
  • Share insights, partner updates, and best practices with colleagues to grow organisational knowledge.
  • Seek feedback, invest in your own learning, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
  • Experience in alliance management, technology consulting, business development, or related partner-facing roles.
  • Understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies; experience with Snowflake and Databricks is required.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to support co-sell motions and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and disciplines.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
