The Young Professional Programme is the kickstart to your career!
During this two-year programme, you'll gain broad experience across different departments and projects, both within Slimstock and at our clients. Unique to us: you can join throughout the year. For more information about the Young Professional programme, click here.
It's entirely up to you to discover which role suits you best. You seize the opportunities that arise and take charge of your own career. Most YPs at Slimstock start broadly and later specialise in one area, working step by step towards their dream job within Slimstock.
For example, you could:
- Implement Slim4 at a client's premises
- Give a demo to a potential new client
- Take on an interim assignment
- Help the development team improve our Slim4 software
- Run improvement projects at clients
- Support a Slimstock Academy trainer, and eventually train others yourself
- Join the research team and explore Machine Learning and AI applications
