More about the role:
You’ll own and optimise the journey from:
Discovery → Proposal → Contract → Integration → Launch
This is not an outbound sales role. It’s a hybrid commercial + operational position spanning sales enablement, structured handover, and mid-market implementation support.
You will:
- Lead high-quality enterprise and mid-market discovery
- Build and strengthen ROI modelling and business cases
- Improve sales process structure and velocity
- Own structured sales → delivery transition
- Support multi-store, multi-market mid-market rollouts (e.g. 20–50 store estates)
- Build repeatable systems as we scale
- Create repeatable sales materials (decks, case studies, user guides, FAQs)
- Build onboarding & launch playbooks
- Align timelines and manage expectations
You'll need to have technology understanding to understand a retailers tech stack and write clear rollout & integration plans - partnering closely with our Head of Product.
Implementation: A large put of this role is to act as a go-live coordinator, supporting multi-store & cross-market rollouts and being the key point of contact, maintaining strong client confidence through launch and beyond.
What we're looking for:
Experience
- 3-5+ years in consulting or high-growth tech, if you've had experience & exposure with retail - this is a huge plus.
- Experience in sales enablement, commercial ops, pre-sales, implementation, or revenue operations
- Strong project management across parallel workstreams
- Comfortable in a scaling startup environment
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, ROI, payback modelling)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets modelling
- Excellent structured communication (written + verbal)
- Very strong deck-building and stakeholder management
