About Slip, and why this role matters:
Slip is creating a powerful new post-purchase engagement channel for omnichannel retailers. We work with leading fashion and lifestyle brands to capture in-store customer data and unlock incremental revenue through beautifully designed, personalised digital receipts.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Growth Marketer to help turn awareness into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue. This role is about outcomes: building demand, creating opportunities, and making marketing a growth engine for Slip.
What you'll own
Pipeline & Demand Creation:
You are responsible for generating high-quality pipeline. How you do that is up to you.
That could include:
- Targeted campaigns against high-value accounts (ABM)
- Partnering with sales to unlock specific opportunities
- Developing creative ways to reach and engage ICP accounts
- Turning interest and engagement into qualified conversations
Content that drives revenue:
You’ll create content that converts, not just content that looks good.
This may include:
- Founder-led and company content across LinkedIn and social
- Short-form and long-form video
- Event-led content (before, during, and after)
- Written content (blogs, POVs, sales enablement)
- Creative campaigns that cut through in a noisy market
We’re a video- and social-first brand, but we’re open to new formats and ideas.
Campaigns, Experiments & Growth Loops:
You’ll design and run campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
That could look like:
- Multi-channel campaigns across social, outbound, events, and partnerships
- Rapid experimentation with messaging, audiences, and formats
- Building repeatable growth loops
Marketing Systems & Conversion
You’ll ensure marketing activity translates into pipeline.
That could include:
- Setting up and improving automations and workflows
- Improving how leads are captured, qualified, and nurtured
- Optimising website and conversion journeys
- Using data to continuously improve performance
How you'll be measured:
- Primary: pipeline generated
- Secondary: any metrics associated with the strategies you deploy
