This is a new and exciting role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, implement the right tools (such as HubSpot), and build the foundations of a team around you as we grow.

The Role

• Develop and deliver a full-funnel marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
• Lead the implementation of HubSpot (CRM & marketing automation) and other supporting tools
• Manage and improve our website (WordPress), content, SEO, PPC, and online campaigns
• Drive offline marketing initiatives including events, print, and local awareness campaigns
• Collaborate with the leadership team and provide regular reporting on performance and outcomes

What You'll Need

• 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally in B2B, service-based, or tech environments
• Proven experience setting up and running campaigns via HubSpot
• Strong WordPress skills – content, updates, and general website management
• Confident leading strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute where needed
• Comfortable working across both digital and offline marketing
• Based within commuting distance of Gateshead – this is an office-based position
