Account Executive
At Smart Point we are digitalising the built world, connecting building tenants to essential amenities, products, services and brands via our award-winning amenities platform. Recently voted Global Scale-up of the Year 2024, we're a PropTech headquartered in Barcelona but our main market is the UK. We're looking for a talented, ambitious Account Executive to help us scale.
The opportunity
A strong career growth role selling our amenities platform to residential and commercial real estate operators across London. You'll own the full sales cycle — from pipeline to close to deployment — working with some of the most important asset managers, PBSA operators and BTR platforms in the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of real estate prospects
- Originating, managing and closing deals across the full sales funnel
- Owning the client journey from pitch through to onboarding
- Managing senior client relationships as the key point of contact
- Contributing to UK growth strategy alongside the partnerships team
You will fit perfectly if you:
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in prop-tech, SaaS or real estate solutions
- Have an established network in London's institutional real estate market — or can demonstrate how you've built sector presence in a new vertical
- Use data to drive decisions and actively incorporate AI tools into your sales workflow
- Follow a structured, consultative sales methodology with clear pipeline discipline
- Are a people person who thinks in long-term relationships, not just transactions
