- Stable Shifts - Rotating pattern (6am-2pm Mon-Fri / 2pm-12am Mon-Thurs)
Your Role:
- Set and operate CNC turning machines to manufacture precision-engineered components
- Programme or partially programme CNC machines as needed
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal output
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate closely with production teams to achieve performance targets
- Previous experience as a CNC Setter or Programmer, this is not just an operator role and you must be able to Set or Programme Citizen machines
- Ability to set CNC machines to tight tolerances
- A strong track record in a similar role
