Outstanding opportunity to join this global enterprise and famous brand within the ‘magic circle’ of the legal sector. Subsequent to a recent merger, this business is going through a major transformation including the harmonization of its finance applications and their data.

The Finance Systems Support Team provides application support to their core time & billings systems (Elite 3E) in addition to their ERP, expenses and tax applications. We’re looking for an experienced Support Analyst with extensive Elite 3E billing experience to join their global team.

You’ll require the following skills and experience:

• Extensive applications support experience with Elite 3E or Aderant Expert
• In depth technical understanding of practice management (PMS) billing applications
• Strong SQL skills
• Outstanding customer service skills with proven experience resolving complex user queries
• Experience working in structured ITSM environments
• Extensive change management & control experience
• Experience working in complex, global enterprise environments
• A willingness to work in the office (City) 3 days per week

£57k-£72k + bonus + benefits. City of London (60%) & remote (40%).
