IT Service Management Architect - BMC Helix implementation (inc. CMDB) - Retail
Outstanding contract opportunity to join this global, infamous and well-loved retailer on a contract basis as an ITSM Technology Architect to deliver the design and implementation of BMC Helix and associated CMDB, across the business.
You'll need the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience architecting service management tooling including automation
- Experience of implementing BMC Helix ITSM tool and associated CMDB
- Experience working within the retail sector
- Experience decommissioning Legacy ITSM tools
- Experience aligning with enterprise architecture governance and compliance in global corporations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with design authorities
- Ability to work in Salford Quays (Manchester) 2-3 days per week
£550-£600 per day, Inside IR35, 3 months rolling. Salford Quays, Manchester
