IT Service Management Technology Architect - Helix, ITSM Tooling & Integration

Outstanding contract opportunity to join this global, infamous and well-loved retailer on a contract basis as a Service Management Technology Architect to deliver the design, integration and optimization of service management tooling across the business.

You'll need the following skills and experience:

• Extensive experience architecting service management tooling including automation
• Experience of Helix ITSM tool (or similar) and it's integration with other platforms
• Experience decommissioning Legacy ITSM tools
• Experience aligning with enterprise architecture governance and compliance in global corporations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with design authorities
• Ideally, experience within the retail sector

£550-£600 per day, Inside IR35, 3 months rolling. 70% remote & Salford
