Were looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with deep Retail Sector experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering AI-driven initiatives at scale . This is a role for someone who has actually taken AI products from concept through to production, not just strategy decks, but real delivery alongside engineers, BAs and Product Owners.

Youll lead delivery squads working on high-value AI programmes across enterprise retail clients, acting as the Solution Architect / Technical Lead / Agile Architect guiding design decisions, shaping solutions and ensuring engineering teams can execute effectively.
