Overview
Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator & Technical Support to join a supportive and friendly customer service team. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who has technical experience or is keen to learn, as technical support forms a key part of the position.
You will provide excellent customer service to corporate (B2B) clients while handling associated administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing phone and email support to corporate clients
- Handling mobile and fixed-line service enquiries
- Liaising with suppliers and network providers to resolve technical issues
- Processing new business requests
- Supporting internal sales and service teams
- Updating systems and databases accurately
- Producing client reports using Excel (training provided)
- General office administration
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Technical experience or willingness to learn
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
