- Coordinate cutover activities across multiple Oracle products and associated integrations.
- Work closely with programme workstreams, business teams, and external vendors to confirm readiness and dependencies.
- Plan and manage mock cutover rehearsals, incorporating lessons learned into future releases.
- Establish and track go/no-go criteria, risk mitigation plans, and contingency measures.
- Align cutover tasks with data migration, testing, and deployment timelines.
- Lead stakeholder communication and readiness, including business continuity and post-cutover support planning.

- Deep understanding of cutover planning, execution, and risk management in complex multi-system environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle products (e.g., Primavera/Unifier, CX, Field Services) is highly beneficial; exposure to Amazon Connect is a plus.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third parties under tight timelines.
- Experience in regulated or complex operational environments is advantageous.
