Data Architect – ADF / Databricks / Data Governance

£425–£475 per day (Outside IR35)

6-month contract

Hybrid – Bournemouth or Guildford (ideally 3 days onsite/week)

We are looking for two experienced Data Architects with strong delivery backgrounds to support a key transformation programme.

Key Experience Required:

• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Databricks
• Design guiderails & data governance
• Monitoring, optimisation & integration with existing estates
• Exposure to AI & ML use cases
• Ability to guide "the art of the possible" across modern data architectures
• Some hands-on capability is desirable

Key Outcomes:

• Provide expert advice on modern data capabilities leveraging ADF, Databricks and emerging industry trends
• Shape data strategy and architectural direction
• Support engineering teams with best practices, design standards, and governance frameworks
• Potential hands-on contribution to accelerate delivery
