Oracle B2C Service (RightNow) Technical Consultant

Location: Hybrid – Havant / Reading ( circa 2 days per week, choice of either site)

Rate: Up to £550 + per day (Inside IR35)

Contract : 6 Months

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Rightnow Consultant to join a project on a subcontract basis.

The successful candidate will have strong experience implementing, customising and maintaining complex RightNow solutions within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and customise Oracle B2C Service (RightNow) solutions
• Configure workflows, integrations and platform extensions
• Maintain and enhance existing RightNow environments
• Provide technical expertise across the platform
• Support delivery of customer service solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience
• Strong expertise in RightNow / Oracle B2C Service cloud
• Proven experience delivering enterprise service platform implementations
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
