Programme Manager – Cloud Migrations (Unified Communications)

Location: Edinburgh (4 days/week onsite)

We are hiring an experienced Programme Manager to lead a suite of cloud migration projects within a global Unified Communications (UC) environment. Based onsite in Edinburgh, you’ll oversee the migration of enterprise voice and broadcast solutions from Cisco platforms to modern SaaS-based systems.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and hands-on leadership across multiple workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead delivery of UC cloud migration projects including Cisco UC Voice Core, Voicemail, Voice Recording, and Contact Center
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, compliance, infrastructure, and vendors
• Oversee vendor management and ensure performance against SLAs
• Create and maintain project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
• Manage service transitions and legacy system decommissioning (e.g., VMware ESXi clusters)

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale IT/cloud transformation programs
• Strong background in Unified Communications/cloud voice platforms (e.g., Cisco UC, Voicemail, Contact Centers)
• Experience in hybrid project delivery environments
• SaaS/cloud infrastructure and vendor management expertise
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams
