Rate / Salary: Competitive market rates

Working Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite initially, reducing to 3 days

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transition Lead to manage the handover of a multi-module SAP landscape into BAU support.

The role covers SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM, ensuring a smooth transition from delivery to stable operations through effective governance, knowledge transfer, SLAs, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the BAU operating model and transition plan
  • Lead knowledge transfer, documentation, and BAU readiness activities
  • Design runbooks, support processes, escalation models, and SLAs
  • Coordinate production readiness across project and support teams
  • Configure and use SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring and hypercare support
  • Manage hypercare, stabilisation, and ongoing governance
