Salesforce Enterprise Architect – Bristol – 12-Month Contract

Location: Bristol (Onsite)

Contract Type: 12 Months – Fixed Term Contract or Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Day Rate: £400 – £410 per day (Inside IR35)

Are you a strategic Salesforce leader ready to drive enterprise-scale transformation? We're looking for a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join our client a major Global Consultancy in Bristol on a 12-month contract . This is a key leadership role, responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of robust, scalable Salesforce solutions across the business.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Salesforce architecture strategy aligned to business goals.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, admins, and analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
• Optimize system performance through regular assessments and improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and promote Salesforce best practices across the business.
• Create detailed architecture documentation and process guideline

Required skills

• Salesforce implementation and architecture experience.
• Strong enterprise-level experience with complex Salesforce ecosystems.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., CTA, System Architect, Application Architect) highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, integration patterns, and security best practices.
• Proven leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
