SmartCo are expanding their Change Management Practise and are seeking a highly strategic Lead Change Manager / Advisor, to initially shape and lead the business transformation approach for a global D365 F&O programme for one of our clients. This role focuses on organisational alignment, executive advisory, and business readiness strategy rather than hands‐on operational change tasks. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders across US and EMEA to guide decision‐making, influence operating models, and drive enterprise‐level adoption.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Extensive experience in strategic change management for major ERP transformations.
• Deep knowledge D365 F&O, including process areas and organisational impact considerations.
• Strong advisory presence with the ability to influence senior executives and global leadership teams.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, particularly US & EMEA.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and execute enterprise-level change strategy, not just tactical delivery.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling abilities.

Desirable

• Experience in target operating model design or large-scale business transformation.
• Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent organisational change frameworks.
• Background in finance transformation, supply chain modernisation, or shared services optimisation.
• Experience in multi-vendor or complex matrix organisational environments.
