SmartCo are seeking an experienced Project Managers, ideally with vendor management skills, to support the Delivery Directors & Programme Managers on global ERP & HR Transformation programmes.
This role will play a critical part in driving programme structure, governance and delivery control across multiple global workstreams, working closely with a third-party Systems Integrator.
A key requirement for one of the roles is strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and the other PM role with Smartsheet’s experience, to establish structured backlog management, milestone tracking, traceability, and real-time reporting across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Governance & Control
- Oversee weekly and monthly programme reviews, ensuring actions, risks, and blockers are logged, owned, and progressed.
- Programme Planning & Coordination
- Serve as the Programme’s first‐line unblocker.
- Own Azure DevOps configuration and reporting to provide delivery transparency across workstreams.
- Provide oversight of Systems Integrator performance and milestone adherence.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Cross‐Team Support & Continuous Improvement.
- Provide PMO support and coordination across global stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Strong PM experience supporting large-scale HR/ERP programmes.
- Advanced Azure DevOps experience (backlog management, reporting, traceability) and/or SmartSheets.
- Experience managing or overseeing third-party Systems Integrators.
- Strong programme financial tracking and executive reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management across global teams.
