Our client is seeking an experienced M365 specialist to work 4 days per week in London, 1 day from home.
This role is a blend of Microsoft 365 platform administration, product ownership, 3rd line support, stakeholder engagement, governance and solution design. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving collaboration services, supporting business users, and driving adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform capabilities.
The position is ideal for a hands-on M365 professional with strong platform administration experience across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups and Power Platform.
Essential:
Extensive experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments within medium to large enterprise organisations.
Practical experience supporting, configuring, and administering Microsoft Copilot.
Strong PowerShell Scripting and automation capabilities.Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Power Platform services.
Demonstrable experience configuring, operating, and optimising Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services.
As a Microsoft M365 and Copilot Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to:
Administer, configure and support the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Viva Engage, Stream and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Support and optimise Microsoft Copilot capabilities, ensuring users gain maximum value from AI-enabled productivity tools.
Provide 3rd line technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex platform, configuration and user issues.
Analyse requirements and design collaboration solutions aligned with business needs and governance standards.
Manage platform provisioning, configuration, permissions and operational activities across the Microsoft 365 estate.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration, reporting and support processes.
Support governance, compliance and best practice implementation across Microsoft 365 services.
Administer and support Power Platform solutions and services.
Work closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards and operational procedures.
Keep up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and evaluate new features for business adoption.
Provide support, guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues and team members where required.
