Senior Product Manager, Servicenow, ITIL/Scrum - 12 months - Professional Scrum Product Owner/SAFe
Hybrid-3 days onsite based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, East Midlands to work for our government client.
Rate £610 p/d Inside IR35
Must be eligible for SC clearance as working in a live secure government client
Senior Product Manager must know how to build a roadmap for Servicenow with a good knowledge of it as well as being strong on the supplier side. Strong Stakeholder management is key.
You will define and continuously evolve a product strategy that aligns with and supports the overall business strategy, ensuring clear linkage to organisational priorities, technology direction, and customer outcomes.
Develop, maintain, and actively manage a value-driven product roadmap and delivery pipeline, balancing demand, risk, and value, and ensuring transparency of priorities across stakeholders.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog to successfully execute delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring maximum business value and alignment to strategic objectives.
Define, refine, and clearly communicate the scope of work and features to be delivered within each release, ensuring shared understanding across delivery teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Represent the product to senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting, insight, and direction to support informed decision-making, investment planning, and risk management.
Lead engagement with external suppliers and partners, ensuring effective supplier management of critical service providers within a structured governance framework, driving performance, compliance, and value.
Establish and maintain robust supplier governance chains, ensuring supplier performance, risk, issues, and dependencies are actively managed, reported, and escalated where appropriate.
Work closely with Procurement to manage the full supplier life cycle, including onboarding, contract management, performance assurance, renewals, and commercial alignment to deliver value for money.
Operate within defined governance frameworks, including leading or contributing to product governance boards, ensuring adherence to organisational controls, audit requirements, and best practice standards.
Skills and Experience
ITIL4 Foundation
Professional Scrum Product Owner/SAFe Product Manager
Experience of IT delivery and management.
Understanding of service design across the whole life of service delivery.
Experience of working with suppliers and relationship management
Broad technical understanding
2-5 years product experience
PRINCE2 Agile
ITIL4 Specialist certifications or relevant experience
