DV Cleared Site Reliability Engineer - Automation/DevOps - London

SmartSourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in automation and DevOps to support a secure government programme based in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact systems in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Location: London (On-site)

Clearance Required: UK Developed Vetting (DV)

Rate: 550 - 700 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

Security Clearance Eligibility: UK security clearance (SC or DV). Applicants must hold active DV clearance to start.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure

Automate deployment, monitoring, and operations to improve system efficiency

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments

Essential Skills: Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Automation

Desirable Skills: Experience with Oracle DB and/or PostgreSQL
