Technical Recruiter/IT/Digital Resourcer, London or Manchester,400
We are recruiting 3 x Senior Digital Talent Partner/Technical Recruiter/IT Senior Resourcer/Senior Talent Sourcer for you Government client within Technical and Digital recruitment. (360 role)
Looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and strong experience in talent sourcing, working across multiple job boards.
Must have experience with technical and digital markets, the team is looking for people with all around experience in this area, as opposed to being specialised in one niche
ASAP for 6 months
Rate £300-400 pd UMBRELLA
Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office, 1 day is the absolute minimum. As such, candidates cannot work 100% remotely Some travel between London and Manchester will be required for team days, these are held approximately once per month
Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing and applicant-tracking platforms would be useful.
We are looking for senior leaders involve the talent team earlier because its advice improves hiring decisions.

difficult campaigns are supported by direct approaches and engaged talent pipelines
Digital Talent Partners run their campaigns confidently and know when to draw on your expertise
SKILLS
a.An understanding of the different tech stacks required for the roles. The successful applicants will be working on niche, high end tech roles and will be assessed on how many new people they can bring into this space.
For example, an understanding of the development market, knowledge of what Python skills, developer market sequencing, Front End and Back End requirements are.
b.An understand of the sourcing markets and sourcing strategies, confidently able to advise on this and select the best routes to achieve the recruitment outcomes
In terms of what would stand out, experience within large technology firms such as Amazon, Google or Microsoft would be an advantage. However, this is not essential
This is a 360 role and the successful applicants will be expected to cover all facets of recruitment within their roles

Team Size: There will be 15 individuals in total within the direct, multidisciplinary team. The team includes recruitment leads, managers and partners
