Command and Control System SpecialistSalary: £40-£50k (maybe negotiable)Mainly home-based but travel to clients sites will be required (Cambridge, Nottingham, Derbyshire, YorkshireHave you worked for the Fire and Rescue Service and have knowledge of their control room. If yes this is a fantastic opportunity to evolve a new role and make it your own. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an support specialist to support their customers and contribute to service excellence as primary point of contact for their clients Emergency Response Solution.This role has a major emphasis on training, train the trainer but also potentially proving 1st line support. You will be the superuser and own the sharing of knowledge to clients/end users.Some of the Key ResponsibilitiesAct as key interface between customers, technical teams, and product team providing Functional Support & Incident ManagementDesign and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site)Adapt training content to different user profilesProduce user guides and proceduresAnalyse and qualify functional incidentsIdentify root causes and propose appropriate solutionsSupport users in resolving issuesAssist users in configuring the solution to their specific needsIdentify recurring issuesPropose product and process improvementsWhat Youll Need:Excellent communication and customer-facing skillsStrong Training and documentation skillsAnalytical and structured mindsetAutonomous with strong team spiritOrganised with good prioritisation skillsCurious and interested in technologyExperience in a critical operational environment ideallyExperience with Emergency Response or operational management systems is a plusSQL knowledge is a plus (or willing to learn)Good knowledge of Windows environments (or willing to learn)What Youll Get:Our clients provides a competitive benefits package, together with the opportunities for professional development and continuous training/development.If you want a role that really makes a difference wed love to hear from you!TPBN1_UKTJ
