Crafted Quality Lead Engineer
Your responsibilities:
- Closure of 8D report to required timings
- Ensure process adherence at all times
- Ensure quality data and reports are completed at the required timings
- Ensure associates are aware of the required Quality Standards
- Ensure associates are adequately trained to perform their duties
- Provide input into new feature development.
- Ensure all program design solutions meet:
- Crafted Quality and World Class Product Audit (WCPA) requirements.
- Keep all project/programme documentation up to date including:
- Foundation and Programme Design analysis documents.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Expertise in Doors PQ, Fit and Finish (Gap & Flush) related issue resolution
- Goof knowledge of Power door systems
- Hands-on experience on using visualization tools for perceived quality
- Core Tools (APQP: PPAP: FMEA: Control Plan)
- Experience with project management/agile methodologies
- Previous experience of leading the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a project team environment.
- A good working knowledge of product creation & delivery, change control, product definition and change management processes.
- Experience of component verification methods, through component, system, and vehicle level test methods.
- Proven experience managing quality projects and applying structured problem-solving techniques
